Payments

We accept all major credit cards through a secure merchant service.

We also accept Crypto. BTC, LTC, and ETH (Recommended for International Transactions)

Via Coinbase Commerce.

We do NOT accept PayPal due to their Terms and Services, BUT you can buy Crypto through Paypal and pay via our Coinbase Commerce checkout.

We do NOT accept any products that have been used for returns. Anything returned that has been used will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

Your billing zip must be the original zip code used when signing up for your debit/credit card. Unless you have contacted the bank and changed it recently.

Product

Terp pearls are used to add extra heat retention and surface area for your concentrates. This will provide better flavor for your concentrates to enhance your vaporizing experience.

Drop your pearls inside of your quartz. Heat up your quartz with a butane torch.

Wait about 1 minute and 15 seconds or till you reach your desired temperature and consume as usual. A spinner carb cap is great to keep your pearls moving around and a temperature gun can help with desired temps.

Our recommended dab temperature without a pearl is around 600-650° .

With Ruby and Sapphire pearls we recommend a temperature around 500-550° .

With Opal, Glass, and Quartz pearls we recommend around 550-600°.  

A cleaning card is included with each order.

The best way to keep your pearls clean is to use a dry cotton swab after each use.

Once they have cooled down to room temp, you can introduce 91-99% ISO, Dark Crystal Clear, etc. Do NOT drop hot pearls into ISO or any liquid cleaning product.

You can also heat clean them inside your banger with a torch. Heat the outside of the banger for about 1 and a half to 2 minutes to get rid of any charring.

Charring can also be removed with Dark Crystal Clear or an abrasive wipe and ISO.

Shipping

Order Processing can take up to 3-5 business days, but is usually handled within 1-2 Business days. Once packed and ready you will receive a tracking number emailed or texted. 

Packages are sent First Class and picked up every morning Mon-Sat. 

First Class Mail is usually 3-5 business days but can be affected by Covid 19 Due to increase in volume to the USPS. Once the package is picked up by USPS we are no longer in control of the package.

We ship daily out Reno, Nevada.

Shipping in the US is currently $5.50. It was recently increased form $4.20 due to increased rates from USPS due to Covid-19

International Shipping is now $18.50 from $12.50 due to USPS increased rates.

We are sorry for the increase in rates, although they are a bit higher, they are much lower then UPS, FEDEX, or other carrier services.

You will receive a confirmation email with an order number and tracking once the label is printed. If you do not see this email, please check spam or junk.

Due to Covid-19, USPS has been seeing a huge increase in packages which has caused delays recently with deliveries. I would recommend waiting a few more days for it to arrive and if still nothing, a missing mail claim will have to be started.

Once the package is picked up from USPS we are no longer in control. The claim would be the best option in retrieving your package. 

Before placing an order please understand, We are NOT responsible for any lost packages due to USPS, all refunds for lost product will have to be taken care of through the USPS.

If you used the wrong address to order, Please contact support@rubypearlco.com to get that changed before your order is fully processed. 

If its already shipped, the package should be returned to sender. Reach out with the correct address and we will reprint a label and get that back out.

We also recommend to check under the cardboard box flaps, we have had items sneak under during transportation.

Unfortunately we are in no control of the package once it is picked up from USPS.

We do not offer refunds on postage for packages with a late delivery due to the USPS.

If you cannot find an email confirmation or order number, the order might not have completed. This is common for International orders.

This mostly occurs for International Payments. 

Our Payment Processor wont accept all International Payments which is why we recommend Crypto Payments via Coinbase Commerce. 

These charges are PENDING transactions. They will be reversed by your bank within 24 hours. This process can take longer if its a weekend.

A card can be charged multiple times if the Pay Now button is clicked multiple times after receiving a Error message. (For Ex. Billing Zip Code is Incorrect)

If you'd like to place an order and you've received this message, Please confirm the zip code is matched to the one used when you created the card. (Billing Zip)

If so, Contact support@rubypearlco.com and we will see if we can work out another payment method for you!

The best way to keep up to date with our Latest Restocks would be to sign up for our Newsletter at the bottom of our Home Page.

Please contact us ASAP at support@rubypearlco.com before the order is shipped and we will process a refund.

If the order is shipped, please reach out for a return label and do not use the product once it arrives, we will issue store credit upon returning the items.
